Mr. Cummings walks past passenger side front wheel twice.
When Mr. Cummings backs out and reverses into the road the wheel does not move
Notice how he lunges the truck multiple times while driving to Chris Hodges house. Probably in an attempt to dislodge the wheel. Notice there is no squeak and no wobble in the wheel.
When Mr. Hodges and Mr. cummings come out of Chris Hodges house they pause and have a discussion in front of the truck.
As Mr. Cummings enters the truck, Mr. Hodges feet can be observed in the space under the truck moving toward the wheel. After some time Mr. Hodges enters the truck.
As the truck proceeds onto the road and drives toward the bridge a loud squeak and intermittent rumble can be heard and a noticeable wobble observed from the front passenger side wheel.
Note he really did not want a deputy dispatched.
He says all the lug nuts were removed. This would not be possible and still drive the truck.
Mr. cummings tells the 911 dispatch where the wheel fell off and where the truck was parked. If he is to be believed the wheel fell off at the bridge but he drove and parked at the end of the road several hundred yards away.
