inconsistency: The allegation is that the dog was stolen on March 5th, 2021

Mr. Cummings States: “About a week later I saw him in Steve Marshalls yard while leaving for work.” This would be around March 10th -12th, 2021

Mrs. Cummings States: “March 15, 2021 Talked to shelter and they never saw him and took in any dog.” Did Mr. Cummings not tell Mrs. Cummings where he saw the dog? Why not? Because he threw her dog out in the cold.

The Cummings were together at their residence on March 15th when Angela arrived to retrieve personal property.
